.......Not the stuff with bits in it......gotta be smooth like silk..... ; )
Obviously looking for some feedback and even constructive criticism or critique.....whatever, long as i can benefit from it in the long run......
Still pushing the boundaries of realism.....simple scene, not so simple technically.....
You either love it or hate it.....bit like Marmite.......realism that is....not orange juice or coffee.....but again it's an acquired taste........

Your work is impressive, it is so realistic that it looks like a photograph 👏👏👏👍5️⃣⭐️

It's a beautiful image - I liked that there was only a bit of juice left. The coffee cup because of the angle is just a cup - one can't see the coffee. I think it's perfectly made - enough to make me look and keep looking, but not so much that I don't know where to look or what to look at.

java first - of course!
nice work, love... in particular, i really enjoy the glass shaders as they are not perfectly crystalline/pristine, the way glass gets whenst oils from fingers transfer and contents of said glass muck the glass up ever just so. not sure what to say to help - i know my eyes keep searching for at least a little steam rising from the cup, but i've not had mine yet this morn. also, is that salt or pepper in the shaker? it's a teensy bit hard to tell, so maybe tweak that a smidge? shyte, like i know what i'm talking about... [snort]
Never looking for perfect, looking for real......Well that perfect render that conveys a sense of realism very hard to do no matter what your preference or application it's all relevant, everyone can learn form each other.....and yes your correct in your observations i still have things to work on... but isn't that the point of a community and friendship who you can trust in their judgment....to help each other improve...not the selective comments....

Shadow of the glass is too dark and sharp. Otherwise it's perfect

I would also prefer softer shadows and possibly there is some pixielation of the background map seen in the reflection on the counter surface but it looks great, particularly the glass shader work and the use of lighting.

Fantastic realism, Darkglass :) Really well done on the scene and render. I don't mind the "With Btis" juice :) Has to be pressed, of course :)
Thank you so very much.... and many thanks for taken the time out to comment is always greatly appreciated......!! love your artwork....!! I do mind the "With Btis" juice :)...... especially when you get to the bottom of the glass.... ; } do take care and stay..!! safe...
Thank you so very much.... and many thanks for taken the time out to comment is always greatly appreciated......!!Yeah your right in your observations shadow edges need to be softer....just don't think i could have done any more.....its a marble worktop and has a pacific refractive index.... so its user error.....can't blame the software...only does what i tell it to do

OK - I had to take a second look at this... At first glance it could easily pass as a photo, and I've been shooting for the better part of 40 years. I love realism, especially when it fools my eye like this. Not so sure I'd care for Marmite, from what I've read about it..
Wow Thank you so very much.... that's very kind of you to say so....and many thanks for taken the time out to comment is always greatly appreciated......!! love your artwork....!!....and Marmite...is very much an acquired taste........not even sure you have an equivalent of Marmite or if it even sold in your part of the world.....

I have those glasses and you nailed them. Congrats on a great post with all this help. I want to see lip marks on the glass, you know a little egg yolk, crumbs from my toast, and maybe some tiny bacon bits. Reality can be disgusting when you look real close.

Fantastic realism! I wished I could do this :) If I'm being picky, I would say the worktop marble texture seems a bit strecthed. Also how the tray sits is rather off - perhaps just the lighting.
