Has anyone ever made such a product? If so, where can such a thing be found? I would want a 3D Poser character.

Yes, a really well-made and adaptable "Man in the Moon" crescent-moon is something the Poser/DAZ world is missing. There are few options, none ideal.

  • MDDs XmasMoon (a Christmas freebie, I think).

  • 1971s Moon swing for Poser (though you would need to weld a face to it).

  • 1971s Moon Island (this has one as part of the set).

  • Poisen's Omni Skull Super Prop has a horror-fantasy moon in a toony style.

The best is no longer available, I recall looking for it a few years ago. I seem to recall it was from Stonemason. Here's what it looked like...

I remembered there's another one, in 1971s Fairy Bridge for Poser. No morphs though.

On testing, I find that 1971s Fairy Bridge for Poser is all one static prop - ivy, chains and surround. There seems no way to make the Moon separate, or hide the other parts.

Thank you. I have both of 1971s’ static moons. Not expressions I like. Maybe someone will take the hint and make one. Searched both Rendo and DAZ already, with no results. Have never seen the maybe Stonemason one. I would really like one with real eyes and so on. That one is pretty rudimentary, even if it were available. Oh well.

Many thanks though!

Here are some vintage postcards, showing the sort of quality I'd be hoping for in a new Poser / Daz 3D figure.
